Sometimes you can't get hold of bread or panic buying has seen off the ingredients you need to make it. But you need something with your cheese and pickles.
You will need:
1.  Oven
Preheat to 180C
2.  Dry ingredients
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
3.  Fat
Rub the fat into the flour until it looks a bit like bread crumbs.
4.  Water
Gradually add the water and combine into a thick dough.
5.  Create the biscuits
Lightly flour your work surface, then roll out the dough to approx 1/2 cm thick. Cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter or the bottom of a glass. If you haven't anything round just cut into squares. You could get about a dozen rounds from this amount.
6.  Bake
Put the biscuits onto baking trays and bake until lightly golden brown: 20-30 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Once cold, keep in an airtight tin. Will keep for some time. If they lose their crispness, you can put back in a hot oven for 5+ minutes, cool and replace in the tin.
7.  Eat with:
Cheese, peanut butter, marmite, tuna, cold meat, tomatoes, pickles. Or with honey or jam, banana....
