The perfect cuppa

Making a perfect cup of tea should be considered the default first step in every method.
You will need:
1. Boil water
Many people - most of them in the US - mistakenly believe that you can make tea with hot water. You cannot. The water must be heated to a rolling boil!
2. Brew the tea
Put the tea leaves (or bag) into the teapot and add the boiling water. Leave it to steep for between 4 and 7 minutes.
3. Get ready...
Pour the milk into the mug. Always milk first! Place the tea strainer over the mug.
4. Serve & enjoy
Pour the tea through the strainer. It should be the colour of an envelope. Now take a few moments to just hold the tea and prepare yourself for the first sip... you are almost there.
