Finding the best solution to a problem, and coming to a consensus about a course of actions, is vital to human progress. One way to achieve this is to hold a ballot and allow the majority to decide.
You will need:
1. What is your problem?
Ensure that you have condensed the problem into the most simple form.
2. What are the solutions?
Consider what the possible solutions to the problem are and ensure that everyone agrees on the range of answers.
3. Write the question
Ensure that the question embodies the problem. Where possible avoid bias or suggestion in the question. Provide 2 or more clear answers which are directly associated to the aforementioned solutions.
4. Establish the rules
